近日，京东黑板报发文称，将通过加班费、过大年红包、子女团聚补贴等形式，给春节在岗的员工发钱。据悉，京东春节9天将投入超13亿元，日均新增投入1.5亿。包括在岗的快递小哥、全职骑手、客服、门店店员等，将被提供超国家法定标准的福利补贴和各类保障。
